Belated post....

This is supposed to be Christmas Eve... but never mind lah. I better get it posted before 2011...

Last Friday I went to Orchard, little Alex is at home with my mum. Can't possibly bring her along cos' I think she will go missing later and I can't catch her back. You know, she can go running so fast and daring.

The whole of Orchard is so packed with people. Even you want to take photos oso so difficult.
The passer-by will just walk in front of your camera, although some will stop and wait for you to finish taking.

This Christmas tree is taken outside Lucky Plaza or Tangs...

Tangs... It was reported that this year Tangs got the best decorations...
.
.
Then we thought of seeing fireworks at Esplanade, so we took the train to City Hall.

With many candles....

From Esplanade, we decided to walk to Marina Sands Bay.
Can you see the Flyer?

This Christmas tree is made up of lights that will change colours....

Haha, finally got the chance to visit the casino liao....

The Ferrari shop is closed and we can only take photo outside. Anyway, even if it's open, we also are not allowed to take pics inside. Talking about it, while momo god-mother is standing there, there comes a kid and he just stand in front of it. His parents still got the cheeks to tell him to stand closer to the racing car. I was like.... what the f#$%, man.

Mini racing car... I think little Alex can sit inside it.

Nice pose, huh?
Just now I was trying to register the new ASUS laptop for Windows 7, and i got a shock of my life... It doesn't have a CD drive!!! It prompted me to create a Recovery DVD, I touch and find, dun have woh... and I have to connect to an external DVD drive if I want to create one.
.
Might as well forget it, man.
.
Anyway, it's for little Alex to "play" with, so I guess she oso doesn't know what is a CD drive.
.
Talking about this little Alex, She is getting her new bicycle. I think it's time for her to do a bit or cycling here and there, cos' the kids at the playground don't really give way to her. They would hog at the slide below and little Alex couldn't slide down. So we decided to get her a bicycle.
.
Lately she has defected to my mum. Now little Alex doesn't want to sleep with me at nite. I lay her bed for her, beside mine, and she would get up after lying down for a short while, took her pillow and went to the room next door....
.
I just bought a DVD player and little Alex can listen to her 打工仔... She just loves to hear this song. Just in case you're wondering what song title is that, it's 許冠傑 's 半斤八兩.
.
Last few weeks, little Alex is sick and the doctor told us to give her only 4 ounces of milk, just in case she will cough and vomit. My mother tell her to drink only 4 ounces of milk, and I once give her 5 ounces of milk. She will run to my mother and tell her "papa give me 5, not 4..."
.
She drew on the wall with her colour pencils and when my mother questioned her who draw on the wall, she will quickly bao-toh "papa draw one/yeye draw one.... not momo draw..." Last nite my mother couldn't find her sweets and little Alex told my mother that "papa took your sweets... you go and scold him later". It was covered by the newspaper....
.
Yesterday I had a meeting the teachers session at her school. Her form teacher said little Alex is very quiet in class and there are times where she will just sit and stare at her classmates when doing their writing. Initially the teachers thought she can't understand what they told her to do or she can't speak/listen. Later they discovered she is really smart. They said she actually understands very well, it was just that she doesn't want to write and not doesn't know how to write. When they told her that if she doesn't finish writing then later she can't go to the playground, she quickly finishes hers.
.
Now every morning when she wakes up, she will go and wash her hands and rinse her mouth by herself.

Yesterday I went to China Square Central to collect my free gift. It's a ASUS laptop, from M1 cos' I choose to renew my contract with them for my wireless broadband internet. I got no idea where is China Square Central. Check out the directory then I get to know it was actually next to Far East Square. In fact I even went there before with little Alex once.

Damn, it's nicer than mine. I choose to get the laptop instead of having my subscription half by 50% cos' I intend to give it to little Alex. She is going to be 5 yrs old next June, cos' most probably she will be able to utilise it. It's using Windows 7, and I got no idea how Windows 7 operates. Some feedback that it's not so good, but what to do...

You know what, now little Alex knows how to bathe and wipe herself after shower. She would show me her hands and want to to squeeze the lotion in her hands. Then she would rub her hair and her body. After that when I showered her, she doesn't want me to wipe her, she would stretch out her little hands asking me to pass her the towel. Then she will wipe her head, her arms, her body... So cute!! But nah nah, there won't be any video clips of her showing her butt. Little big girl now...
Last Saturday got my bonus, thought want to buy a new pair of shoes for myself @Vivocity... Then when I knew there is a World Vision Gift there, I ended up giving winter boots for 5 freezing kids in Mongolia, warm blankets for 4 children in Myanmar, rice seeds and fresh milk for 5 children in Vietnam...

C'mon! Share with those who need it more than us. Rather spend the money buying unnecessary branded goods. Someone bought you Addidas instead of Nike, and you are unhappy... Sounds familiar?

Mother Theresa said it so well "If everyone of us will to JUST clean our own doorstep, the world will be clean".

Hurry, till 22nd Dec...

It was a night of eating and eating. I was so full that I almost can't stand up, nearly want to puke out. Luckily I didn't or else I will need to pay it myself, haha.

So much thanks to Bryan for getting me this wonderful book. I couldn't make it the training and I send him a request to help me get the book. Can you imagine a Nobel Laureate in Medicine talks to you on the stage personally? It was like you having Albert Enstein today...

Today at the Popular bookstore, I bought another wonderful book... I already had the Guide 2, now I bought the Guide 1.

Last nite, little Alex and I went for star glazing...

Just bought 3 packs of luminous stars from Popular bookstore... In fact I got this idea long long ago, when little Alex is still little momo. That time she is still a baby so she might not be able to appreciate the stars, unlike now.

While she is still in school, I pasted the stars all over the ceiling. So when she is home, I took her by the hand and switch off the lights. Her face is filled with grins and I told her to lie on the mattress for a nicer view.

See the big star below the smaller star? Yeah, that's Papa star and Momo star...

Twinkle twinkle little stars...
.
.
Little Alex even wants to show her grandmother... She went to tap my mother's hand and pull her into the room, then she points to the stars.
.
Maybe I should also include the crescent moon and planets... What do you think?
.
Soon will be getting my bonus, time to get a bicycle for little Alex too.
