Sunday took momo out again...

Momo wakes up pretty early on Sunday. I was online when she comes into my room and sit with me. I told her that it's still early and she can go and lie down for a while before we go out.

(As usual, momo drinks milk after we bathe together, blah....)

We took the train to Vivocity... Been quite some time since I last took momo there.

We had our lunch there, lemon chicken rice. I ate like 70% of it, gave the other 30% to momo. Now momo knows how to say when she is full.. "I full already..." or "I very full...". And when you still feed her when she is chewing her food, she will tell you "Momo still have..."

Then I took momo walk around Vivocity. We went to National Geographic, show momo what's inside the store. No pics taken there cos' no pics lah... haha. Momo was having fun inside playing with the big mirrors. She run here run there but I just leave her running cos' she will come back looking for me soon.

We went to many shops but nothing much to blog here... Just went in, took a fast look and then exit out again.

Just as I was taking momo searching for desserts, I saw something from the view...

Many people are queueing up for a tour aboard the ship. Initially I thought they are having some tickets or some kind of promotion you know that you need to make some amount of purchase before you can board the ship. But no, it's open to the public. I told momo that we will go there later on. Let's go have something to drink first...

Snap a close-up of the ship...

Look like a pirate ship huh? Nah, watch too much of Pirate of the Carribean....

Everyone who wanted to board the ship needs to be checked. You know walk through the metal detector and take out their wallets, handphones, keys, etc. Just a fast check, so nothing to worry...

This is where the seamen had their meals, I supposed.

Hmm... wondering what is below? Come with me.....

Cannons... Cannons pointing out.

More cannon... In fact there are cannons on both sides. I just take a few shots of them.

A plaque, doesn't know what was written there...

See, this is where they sleep at nite... In fact it was a pretty small room. Maybe from this pic, you can't tell but it was really a small room.

The toilet bowl...

And the basin... pretty nice the design too.

Hahh... this dining area looks more classy than the one outside. Maybe this is where the captain and his guests had their meals.

The couch look cosy too... I didn't enter in cos' there is a rope outside. Momo was daring and she went in but I signal her to come out.

Another plaque...

And a whole row of plaques...
Want to see them one by one?

Hmm... so what is this for? Well, maybe a place to relax and watch the moon and stars.

The flags are flying high...

Do you realise there there isn't any visitors in the picture? The guy in white is the crew. Well, at this point of time, the ship is actually closed for visiting. The fact that momo is with me so they didn't have the heart to tell me to leave. But I got the hint and I took momo out soon after I was done with the photos.

Big steering wheel, huh?

After I disembarked from the ship, I took another shot of it again... And with this, marked the end of the tour.
.
Then I decided to proceed to our next destination. Where? Cos' Harbour Front station is at the Northeast line so we took the train further up, to Little India. We went to The Verge, formerly known as Takka Mall.
.
Basically there is nothing much to shop there. Sheng Siong at the basement, Banquet at the level up. I had something to eat there and momo had her Ribena. When I ordered my food, she said she doesn't want any cos' she was still full. When my food arrived to the table, she wants to have some. Luckily I know her mind so I ordered something non-spicy and it was... wanton noodles.
After that I told momo that we are going for our next destination. Where again?
.
To the place where many gamblers want to go, the Singapore new attraction... Marina Bay Sands!!
.
I took a bus in front of The Verge to Esplanade. Initially I wanted to take the train but I see there is a bus stop in front so I just check if there is any bus there. There are buses to there so I just hopped onto.

In the bus, momo has already fall asleep in my arms...

Saw this at Esplanade so.... Those are made from plastic bags, if you have not been to there yet.

Look pretty real like a human, right? It's ok during the daytime, if during the night it will scare the shit out of ppl's ass. Not that it look like a ghost but it will look like a grome. You know those characters you watched in movies like Beowolf or LOTR.

Ops, one casualty lying on the floor...

Honestly speaking, I dunno what this supposed to mean....
.
.
There are some more art works along the way...

"People" dangling from the top...

A person mediating...

Well... you can see there are plastic carriers from Giant, NTUC, Watson's...

Then we reached the Atrium and from there you can see the great building...
Marina Bay Sands... Not completed in the construction yet but it had already attracted many people from Malaysia to there. Furthermore it was under Genting.... Uncle Lim Boleh!!!

I took momo walk across the newly-built Helix bridge. I should have go there in the evening or night time cos' there isn't any shelter on top.

I never imagine this can be seen in Singapore, if not for the fact I went there personally, I would have thought this was overseas.

Who would have thought Singapore will have a casino?
.
Some more it's not one casino but 2 casinos...

The shoppers mall is so damn far... I gotta walk and walk until I reached this place....

This is the shopping mall. Many shops are not opened yet, anyway, if you are hoping that you can shop around here, then you must be kidding yourself. No Giordano, no This Fashion, no 7-eleven. All designer brands....

Just in case you are wondering why there are so many ppl there, there is this Korean pop group Super Junior coming to Marina Bay Sands. A lot of youngsters are sitting on the ground queueing... It makes me thought of our Herbalife Extravaganza last month at Expo, where many ppl are sitting at the ground too.

Btw, have anyone seen how the completed Marina Bay Sands will looks like? It was very spectacular, very grand.

Opposite of the casino is where the hotel is. I didn't go all the way to hotel. I didn't want to waste my trip walking all way there only to realised that it's only accessible to the hotel guests. I think anyone would have figure out that such a place like that you should expect high security will be waiting for you at the hotel vicinity. Furthermore momo is sleeping and the sun is so hot above. In fact, in order to take this pic I need to walk almost till the end cos' the bacon on top is so high up.
