I like this song very much. It really speaks out our heart. I mean for those who are working for bosses as employees. As for those who are self-employed then they might not able to know how we feel.

Okay, time to blog about the most naughtiest imp in my house...

I took this pic when momo was asleep. You can see her two buck teeth sticking out. She got more teeth than just these two. She got enough teeth to chew beef and, of cos' to bite my fingers. I tried to open her mouth wider, thought want to snap her with more teeth but as soon as i touch her lips she closes her mouth tight.

Wow, can you see the golden glow on momo's face. It was like those Chinese movies where you see those corrupted officials whose face grinning when they received taels of gold...

* Smack* Little momo close the book onto her own face.

These are just a fraction of momo's own personal library...

Talking about her books, she loves to read books. Or should I say she loves to see pictures. Sometimes my mum was sleeping beside her while momo was reading, momo will point her finger at the pictures and go "Ahh..."

My mum continues to sleep...

Then momo will go "AHHHH....AHHH...."

She just wants some attention. Let's pray that momo will grow up to be a smart kid, a gal who will study hard.

This is momo's mee sua...

See this little girl sitting at the couch waiting for someone to feed her.

One hand holding her new toy and the other holding the used-up scotch towel.

Come, momo mum mum... Ahh.....

This year I couldn't make it to the Super Import Nights at Expo. I planned to go on the last day which is on the 11th Nov. But I was redeployed to another place last minute and by the time I reached home on the 11th morning, it was close to 11am. I was dead tired and what I got in my mind is to have a good sleep.

Damn, I missed the car show two times in a room. Last year I didn't go cos' I was really broke. Yeah, I can't even afford the entrance fee of SGD$10... Okay, laugh at me if you want. If you have been reading my blog all the while then you probably won't laugh at me. Nevertheless, it was over now. So I was so tired that I couldn't meet my friends who are supposed to go with me. As a result, they didn't go for the car show too. This year was different from the past years. This time round they invited models from the US to boast the show. Helen Su, Jeri Lee, KT So, Sunisa Kim, etc...

I like KT So... Not that she is hot but... I mean she is HOT. Yeah she is, without a shadow of a doubt, but I just want to catch a glimpse of her at the show. But since I couldn't be there to give her my support I just include some of her pics here.

This place, is it Vivocity? I dunno...

So you tell me, is she hot? I know there are tons of pics of her in bikini or exotic but this blog is for my little momo so I couldn't possibly post those kind of pics here. Not quite healthy for the little lass.

What the Modern Woman Wants - extracted from Corrine's Site in Multiply.

This story was written by a 15 year old Singaporean, competing against 16 to 18 year-olds, has won the top prize in a writing contest that drew 5,300 entries from 52 countries. In the annual Commonwealth Essay Competition, Amanda Chong of Raffles Girls' School Secondary) chose to compete in the older category and won with a piece on the restlessness of modern life. Her short story, titled What The Modern Woman Wants, focused on the conflict in values between an old lady and her independent-minded daughter.

I mean, after reading her composition what is your feelings?

Many of us will feel that it was such a chore to have to take care of the old folks in your own home.

They pee and shit in their own clothing, in their own bed sometimes. Even if you let them wear adult diapers, you still need to clean up for them.

You need to feed them every time during their meals time. Shit! Can't they just eat on their own? So troublesome....

You need to bathe them, set the water for them, not too hot, not too cold...

Many times at night they can't fall asleep and stare at the ceiling.

You need to push them using wheelchair, provided if you can afford one in your home.

Sometimes they accidentally break your fav vase or damage/soiled/scratched your imported sofa from Italy.

You need to send them for their whatever medical checkup they need at the hospitals.

They want to eat their favourite chao kway tiao/laksa/tutu tart from dunno where the hell is the place located. Parking lots oso so difficult to find, the queue is so damn long, weather so hot...

All these factors... might as well send them to the old folks home.

They pee and shit in their own clothing, in their own bed sometimes. Even if you let them wear adult diapers, you still need to clean up for them. Do you still remember the times when you're just a toddler? You shit in your diapers and your parents need to clean up for you. You wet your bed, you pee, you poo and they do the cleaning as washing without any complains for you. Why? Cos' you're their baby...

You need to feed them every time during their meals time. Shit! Can't they just eat on their own? So troublesome.... Do you still remember the times where you're just a toddler? When you're hungry, they make milk for you to drink, prepare porridge, cook rice mixed with veggies/ikan bilis for you. They need to catch you every time cos' you're crawling everywhere during your meal times. You just can't sit still for a proper meal. Why? Cos' you're their baby...

You need to bathe them, set the water for them, not too hot, not too cold... Do you still remember the times when you're just a toddler? When they have to bathe you, set the water not too hot or too cold for you. They need to wash you with care, not to let the shampoo get into your eyes, to clean your armpits and butt, so that you won't get any rashes. Why? Cos' you're their baby...

Many times at night they can't fall asleep and stare at the ceiling. Do you still remember the times when you're just a toddler? You sleep too much during the daytime and refused to sleep at night. You wake up middle of the night and cry, they need to sing lullaby to coax you to sleep, only to find you still awake and they themselves almost dozed off. Why? Cos' you're their baby...

You need to push them using wheelchair, provided if you can afford one in your home. Do you still remember the times when you're just a toddler? They need to get you a baby pram so they you can sit comfortably inside. Even if a simple baby pram cost a lot to them, they will save and scrimp just to get you one. They push you whenever they take you out. Why? Cos' you're their baby...

Sometimes they accidentally break your fav vase or damage/soiled/scratched your imported sofa from Italy. You got so mad they you decided to cut their allowances. Do you still remember the times when you're just a toddler? You're so mischievous and you broke their vase/damaged the remote control/overturn their fav bonsai/pulled the cat's tail... They couldn't bear to beat you or deduct your pocket money. Why? Cos' you're their baby...

You need to send them for their whatever medical checkup they need at the hospitals. Do you still remember the times when you're just a toddler? You got jaundice or you got high fever... You need to be send to the hospital middle of the night, you got your jabs to take from birth till you're few years old, you need to refer to various clinics cos' you got implications from your illness. Why? Cos' you're their baby...

They want to eat their favourite chao kway tiao/laksa/tutu tart from dunno where the hell is the place located. Parking lots oso so difficult to find, the queue is so damn long, weather so hot... Do you still remember the times when you're just a toddler? You cried and cried, wanting to eat your fav candy with your fav cartoon character on it. Parking lots oso so difficult to find, the queue is so damn long, weather so hot... and they still managed to get for you what you want. Why? Cos' you're their baby...

Think and reflect on yourself.... If after reading it, you think that it's nothing to you, you feels like it's just Tuesday to you, you doesn't ponder over it... then all the best to you. What's comes around goes around.

Some businessmen will rather not to have their old folks at home cos' they need to entertain their business partners at home, maybe to discuss projects at home, invite distinguished guests for dinner, etc. They got the money, they can afford to get for their parents those most costly homes or hospices. Why? They doesn't want them to embarrassed in front of their guests.

Such things are reciprocal.

I wouldn't want to joint business with someone like that. You dun even want to take care of your parents, just because they now are feeable and their movements are restricted, you shun then away. Based on what do you expect me to believe you that you will take care of my business for me. Now my company is doing fine, all sorts of lips service flattered, but who knows when hard times comes, you might will just shun me away like what you did to your own parents?!?!

You can just go and kiss the Rock's Ass, for all you want.

...10 November...

Just got home after night shift, so tired... Got no time for little momo.

Yesterday when I was wearing my boots, she came from behind and climb onto my back. She tapped me on the shoulder and was playing hide and seek with me. I was doing with my shoelaces and little momo was like peeking at me. One moment her face was over my shoulder, another moment her face was gone.

My mum was testing her if she can recognized who is who...

"Who is ye ye (grandpa)?"
*pointing her second finger at my dad* naaaaa....

"Who is papa?"
*she turns around searching and look at me and laugh*

"Who is Kaka?" (refer to my maid)
*she will tilt her head and laugh, pointing her*
"Who is Siqi?"
*she will put her own finger at herself*

Smart girl...

Little momo was actually watching TV in the living room. She came walking into my room, and she wants to play my laptop. Yeah, this laptop I'll leave for her to play when she grows up. Most probably by the times she is able to play, it will end up selling to the karang guni. Who knows maybe he might not even want to take it.

Quite blur, huh? Little momo's head.

* I catch the Tweety Bird, I catch the tweety bird...* My mum was saying momo is like a cat...

Haha... my mum resorts to holding both of her hand in order for me to have this pic taken... Never mind the fact the shades is a bit to the left...

Miss vainpot... Look at her tiny grin at her face... Did anyone notice that momo has extraordinary long limbs? Her fingers are pretty long too...

* The tweety bird is mine, the bear bear is mine too* She hugs them when she sleeps... From the picture, momo seems to be unwillingly to share her soft toys but in fact she isn't. When I stretch out my hand, she will put the bear soft toy in my hand. *Na*

Momo is giving Tweety Bird is kiss. *Muck*

...7 November...

Okay... Time for some magic performance by the one and only momo... Talking about momo, I didn't know that MOMO oso a brand for motor racing, mostly for racing wheels, boots, gloves...

Okay, let's not waste anymore time, little momo has been practicing this trick for quite some time already....

She is going to swallow this straw, no, you didn't read wrongly. Yes, she is going to swallow this straw....

Ahh... now you see this straw.... I'm going to eat it cos' my papa tell me to show you all...

Hmm... Don't blink your eyes...

25% in my mouth already..... Dun worry papa, I can make it...

See? The whole straw I ate already... Powderful or not me?

Recently I was busy with my new job. So busy that I hardly got time for little momo. I didn't know that she is now able to walk by herself until a few days later. My mum did told me that momo is able to walk but each day I didn't see it with my own eyes until yesterday...
I was so excited that I took a video of her walking... It might not be a long distance but at least she is able to walk unsupported. Momo was in fact slow in walking, by the fact that she is now 16 months old. Well, late is better than never, right?

...3 November...

Few days ago, I was bringing little momo to the playground to meet her new friends. She was so happy down there walking around non-stop. So many ppl at the playground were look forward to see her coming. It's good to bring her to explore the new world or else she might grow up to be scared of strangers.

When it's time for momo to go home, she will whine a bit, well, actually it's a lot. She doesn't want to go home cos' she is so happy at the playground enjoying herself. But... time to go home, momo... So when we reached home, my mum bathe little momo. Sh cried while my mum bathe her. After dressing her up, I carried her to my room and we read some books. Momo cried again. So I guess maybe she doesn't want to read any books so I carried her to the living room.

I put her on the armchair....

It had been some time since I last took some pics of her. Nowadays so busy with work...

It was a rare chance that momo is able to sit still on the armchair so I quickly grab my hp to snap some pics of her. You know normally momo will be very excited when she touches this armchair, but... Nevertheless I focus the camera on her. Momo is still motionless... So let's not waste more time...

I noticed that her eyes are getting from O to ~.... Momo actually fall asleep sitting on the armchair!!! My maid was telling my momo was tired. I was so afraid that momo will just fall off from the armchair, I quickly grab onto momo and I just put my hp on the coffee table. I put her on my shoulders and momo did open her eyes for a few seconds and fall asleep again. I pat her for a while to make sure she IS really asleep.

Yeah, she was sound asleep. I can see that from the mirror reflection...

I tuck her in her bed and let her hug her Ultra-man bloster. tsk tsk...

Momo was playing with the abalone container my dear gave to us. Trying to figure out how to open the lid....

YUM SENG.... Cheers...

Wow...momo is so sexy with only in her diapers. I wonder what will he her reactions when she saw it when she is older... The fact is my mum was feeding her with ribena and momo was spilling it all over her top so we had it removed to wash it and momo doesn't want to wear any top and was crawling around so we might as well leave it as it was. See how happy momo is? Picture tells a thousand words. Now she is only 1 yr and 4 month old, it's okay for her to appear topless. Anyway, she is just a little toldder but when she reaches like the age of three, then it's a different story.

This is too much... She is copycat-ing... well maybe Paris Hilton or Linsay Lohan.. Oh no, can't be these two gals, my momo doesn't go to any rehab centre, momo is staying clear from drugs...

See how she put her shades on top of her head?

Momo in her walking shoes, ready to go down to the playground.

...29 October...

Today was Sunday and I'm not working, so I stay at home to company little momo. Earlier in the morning, I went out to send the car back to my dear. I can't be posssibly holding onto it the whole day, right? We had breakfast at the nearby hakwer centre. Lucky for us that we managed to find a paking lot empty on the busy Sunday morning. Moreover there is a church nearby.

I send her home then I took a bus back home. I took the wrong bus cos' it make such a big detour. Damn it!! I even got the time to sleep for a while before it reaches Boon Lay Interchange.

Today I bought 4 pairs of boxer shorts. I think maybe was like now grow a bit older so must also upgrade myself a bit. I doesn't know how true ppl say that boxer shorts are better than briefs. I mean at least you won't suffer the abrasion at your inner thighs. Yeah, I do have abrasions at my inner thighs. That is the reason who I bought 2 pairs of boxer shorts.

This afternoon my mum smack momo's hand cos' she was noti. Momo was playing at the living room when she picked up the remote control and throw it 2 times on the table. So my mum smack her hand hard. I was in my room when I heard her cries. I went out to see what happens and momo was lying on my mum's thigh crying. So I carry her in my arms and sayang her. She was still crying and I become the good guy, trying to pacify her a bit.

"Oh, momo noti loh, so grandma beat beat you. Next time dun throw things again ok... Come, let papa see your hand *kiss..*"

Then when I put her back to the coffe table where we place the remote control, she doesn't want to touch it anymore. Her hand, she doesn't dare to touch it.

Well, sometimes we need to be discipline kiddy like her, harsh. We love her but not from the mouth. Love comes from the heart within.

Just now, momo was eating in my room. My mum was feeding her rice mixed with some soup. She doesn't want to eat her own food, instead she was eyeing what my mum was having for her dinner. My mum got a hard time to make her finishes up all her rice. tsk tsk....

After dinner it's time for her to have some tibits. My mum gave her some potato chips, in her bowl. Too big a piece so we crushed it to smaller pieces. I tease her, asking her to give me some. I opened my mouth wide in front of her... Guess what she did? She simple just chuck her hand into my mouth, I mean with the potato chip in her hand into my mouth. I almost got choked by it. And she took one piece and gave me another piece. It was a good sign... That shows that she knows how to share her food with others. Well, we always share our food with her too. At least we didn't pester her to give us her food...

Such minor learnings need to be cultivate from young.

...28 October...

Just got home... Earlier went to Vivocity to watch mid nite show with my dear dear....

My dear dear went to St. James Power Station to celebrate one of her friend's birthday. I went to her house to collect her car cos' earlier on her uncle borrowed it. So after work I dropped by her house to get the car keys from her family and off I drove it back home. I took a fast bath and off I drive to Vivocity.

I parked her at Vivocity before proceeding to Shaw to get the tickets. I choose the shmsow, Brothers. I dun know if you call it a nice show or not, cos' the ending was like... failure leh. What happen next? Then what happen? Did Eason Chan become the successor? Did Miu Kiu Wai die?

Well, after I got the tickets I walk over the St. James to fetch my dear. Saw so many posh cars parked in front of Power Station. Saw a couple of Halloween dressed gals...

I was waiting like for a good 10 mins before my dear came out, sweating. Needless to say, inside was so packed with ppl and dear was like saying it was so noisy inside there. I know that. So we walked over to the cinema to catch the 12:30am show...

After the show, I send her back home and here am I blogging...

Now momo got many teeth popped out from her gums. I didn't realise that until lately I was peeping into her mouth cos' she was crying. Wow... her bottom gums was almost full of teeth, the only 2 teeth missing are the, you know, Dracula will have the 4 teeth protuding out to suck their victims. Yeah the same 2 teeth from her bottom gums, are mssing.

She was getting ready to do her shopping. you can see she is carrying her own bag heading to the door. The bag was specially for her to put her diapers, hanky, water bottle, etc.

She got so curious with the laptop that nothing is going to hinder her. I put her soft toys on the keypad and she simply just throw them away, to her back.

...22 October...

Momo now is 16th month old liao....

Time flies so fast...

Momo now can speak a bit... Words not so clear but still can make out the sound somehow... My mum is teaching her how to count. My mum will say 1...2... and momo will utter tiiii...

Same as normal... now momo got some new clothes and my dad bought for her 2 new pair of shoes.

Finally the Ngee Ann Jewel Fest is over... For 12 fuckin' days CISCO suffer like shit, I am not exaggerating to say that we are like worse than dogs being treated there. From the very first day, the stupid keep on complaining about us. Keep on calling our HQ to complain...

She even approached me and ask to see my Superintedent...

I told her there is no Supt here...

She said there is a Supt here, in-charged of 5 men...

I told here I'm the so-called in charge here for today...

"No, you are just a constable here.."

Again I told her there is no Supt and I'm the in-charge.

She show me here finger and said "wait..." and she started to call using her handphone... So I let her calls all she want.

They can provide the guests with cartons of wine; red wine, white wine and champagne, and not to forget food from Hilton Hotel. Even the exhibitors can enjoy the free flow of wine. The waiters and waitresses will offer then wine, glass after glass...

And we, didn't not even have any mineral water to drink. I mean, c'mon a bottle of wine is about $90. Hey, mind you, those wines are not the cheap ones that are like $20 over a bottle. Fucking $90 a bottle and there are so many boxes of them in the store. And how much a just a carton of mineral water selling at the supermarket... Dun try to bullshit me saying they over look or whatever crap excuses that you're thinking in your head now. If an event organiser can think of what kind of wine to serve on which particular day for what kind of jewellery for what kind of guest, we are not asking for evian mineral water or what Alps mineral water or whatever water from France. I think just Ice Mountain will do, even our own NTUC water doesn't make any issue. But the answer is NO.... Absolutely nothing for us. Everyday we got to buy from the food court at B2 Takashimaya. I everytime gotta buy from Old Chang Kee and Super Big Gulp from
7-Eleven. And there is no proper place for us to rest. Basically they assume we doesn't need any rest. They can, you know, walk about and chit chat with the guests or enjoy the fine wine/fine food while we are left there to survive on our own. To them, it doesn't matter if we need any food or any drinks or even we have the urge to relieve ourselves. They pay for our service and that's all about it. You live or die, it's none of their fucking business. Can you imagine we are there for 12 days and nothing to provide for us. Even if someone were to stay at your home just one night, you will proberly provide him/her with a toothbrush and a set of clothes to change into. 12 days is enough for you to go on a cruise to perhaps Alsaka or Carribean, to and fro. All they keep on emphasising is there are fucking 75 million dollars worth of jewels inside. Hell with that, man. You expect us to work for you, to guard the fucking 75 millions dollars worth of jewellery for you, but you didn't take care of us. It was expected that almost everyday there will be new officers going there despite they request to have the same officers there throughout. I was there for 5 days out of the 12 days, cos' they request for a supervisor to be there.

Such assignment is.... forget it.

I, for sure, won't want to be part of it anymore next year and next next year and next next next year....

Talking about Old Chang Kee, they are selling a new fish ball which is really huge, cost $1.90, two on a stick. Fiery hot, it claims to be. Still considered hot lah..

Bought some books specially meant for her to learn her ABC, numbers, colours, etc. Momo seems to be fastinated by the pics cos' she keep on looking at them.

...14th October...

Today is the greatest day of my life.... Cos' after today I no longer need to display the Bloody Holy Triangle anymore. In fact I hardly display it too... hehe...

Ok.. Just come back home from my night duty.. So tired, long time didn't perform nite duty liao.. But still okay lah. Blog a bit about little momo..

Now momo is almost, I say about 70% able to walk. Now we can hold her with just one hand and she will be walking pretty fast. So I guess just give her another 2 more months and she can walk on her own, without any support.

You can see little momo is standing in the trolley whereby my mum will push it when she goes to the market. It wasn't that we doesn't want to use the baby pram but just that momo doesn't want to sit inside it. Instead she prefer this trolley. You know little princess is the top priority. You have to give in to her, or else she will make a hell lot of noise.

When my mum pushes it to the market with my maid, they have to bring 2 trolleys; one for the purpose of putting all the groceries and the other one is just to put little momo inside. Dun be mistaken, little momo loves this arrangement. When they push her to the pavement, she will laugh and enjoy her little ride. The passer-by will comment how cute she looks cos' she will be laughing all the way. When she is tired, she will just sit down... When she is not tired, she will stand up and hold onto the sides.

This is just a illustration of how little momo will looks like... behind her you can see her belongings.. her water bottle, her hanky, her diapers...

Can you imagine momo can really eat banana? It's true, she did peel a bit of the flesh and put it inside her mouth. Can anyone spot her cleavage? Humm.....

Momo wants to eat banana, but it was not time yet for her to eat. She needs to take her porridge first.

My mum squeeze some watermelon juice for momo to drink... She is quite heaty and she just recovered from fever. Momo loves it, cos' it's sweet and cooling. She really finish it all.

Latest trick momo learnt... She now can kiss me when I tell her to "come, kiss papa here..." Not those smooching wet kiss, just a touch at your cheeks. She will really extend forward her head and give you a peek. Well, this trick cannot be use too many times cos' after a few times she will not kiss me anymore... That's why I say, this girl got character....

I tried to take a pic of her teeth but she just doesn't want to open her mouth, even when I tried to tickle her and make her laugh. So hard to get the correct pic, sigh...
See, my mum was changing her bed sheet for her cos' little momo just pee in her own mattress.

She is talking as though someone understands her language. She is trying so hard to communicate with us but... I guess soon she can talk, soon... I took this video when momo just pee in her own mattress.

I got no idea why little momo is so happy when she play with her fav ball. She laughs whenever she throws it. She is the same as me, left-handed...

I think for the temporary being, I shall not update this blog cos little momo is now out of action. She isn't suitable for photo taking and she needs to be taken care of. But not to worry cos' she is in good hands of the well-trained nurses.
