Today I went to the car showroom with my dear dear at Ubi. She said she want to consider buying pararell import cars. I waited for her at the SingPost after work. Get for her something to eat, buy for her Subway sandwich and I myself had Long John Silver's.

It was a busy day for me today... Raining during the day... Run here run there...

Let's not talk about work... Sensitive issue here...

Well, I meet my dear at SingPost. She want to go to the car mart at Ubi cos' earlier the salesman called her up. So I drive while she eats.

She got in mind; Honda Airwave, Honda Stream, Toyota Wish.

We spend about 2 hours or more... Viewing and talking to the salesperson.

Down there, we saw Toyota Axio, Toyota Camry too.... So big, so nice... of cos' the price is pretty "nice" too.

Toyota Mark X is the best one... Stylo and the gearbox.. so nice.

Tired to post the pics so I just include the link:

Today just cut momo's hair... It's getting long now so need to trim a bit for her. Cutting her hair is really a challenge. It's so tiring and tedious. She doesn't and can't stay still. After struggling for so long, my mum only managed to trim a bit off her head. That was during her bathing time. tsk tsk.....

Little momo is playing with the clothes pick. You can see how she puts them back into the container after I put them on front of her. It's so funny... Momo will actually whine and pulls your clothes for her to pick them up and put them back into the container again after she has already done so. Meaning, she wants to play with the clothes pick over and over again. She puts them back and she wants you to pour them out for her to put them back again. So the process is repeat itself over and over, until momo is sick of playing.

Momo likes tidiness... She can't stand things lying all around and offer herself to do some simple housekeeping.

Earlier on, my parents and I took momo to the nearby mall to shop around. Momo is of cos' excited cos' she gets to go out. She loves going out.

Is the dress nice? It was a gift from my dear dear. Muck2.....

The top is nice, but the pants looks like ah soh... In fact many baby clothes are also like that. The bottom piece is somehow lack of the attraction.

You know I broke the record... In fact I was used to it liao... Last nite I watched Dead Silence with my dear dear, I reached home about 2am. I didn't sleep at all. I was online till about 5 plus 6am then I went out to fetch my dear dear go eat breakfast. She was so surprised when she saw me... I was like so fresh, she can't believe that I didn't sleep at all. She slept when she reached home and she looks like she is still lack of sleep.
I returned the car to her and I went back home. When I reached home, I saw momo playing outside at the living room. She saw me, and continue to play with my mum... Nowadays she was like dun like to play with me anymore. She sticks more to my mum. I straight away went to bed. So tired man.....
I sleep till 12pm... Wake up and sms my dear dear.... See wat time to meet her to go to the car dealers. She didn't reply to me... So while waiting for her to reply back, I went out with momo and my parents. Went out at 4pm, reached home around 6:30pm.
Tomorrow is Monday blues again. Need to wake up early and boring day starts again. Sian...
Just came home from watching the mid-night show with my dear dear... Dead Silence. We catch it at West Mall. God damn it, it's was so fucking scary... My dear dear was holding my arm and curl herself like a kitten in her seat. I was laughing at her, so old already and furthermore she wants to watch this movie and now she is scared.

Frankly speaking, the show did really give me the creeps. I even got a shock a few times during the show. Can you imagine a vengence 70 years ago, even till now it still on-going? And it will keeps going on and on. Till all the people's descendents who silenced her are all killed. I mean so many people who are going to get killed just for a crime their ancestors did... Hard to imagine, huh?

In the cinema theatre, there are not-so-many patrons... Most of them are sitting at the back row... In fact, ours are also at the last row. But when we entered the theatre, we realised that out seats are somehow being occupied by a couple who put their helmets on our seats. Furthermore, the seats are being in the middle, so we didn't want to squeeze our way in and then end up being like sardines by other couples so we took the seats further down below.
Poor dear dear, she was so scared and she really want to scream out loud but the funny thing no one in the whole god damn theatre is screaming so she dun dare to utter any sound too. She told me after the show ended and while we are in the car, how come so funny leh... The show is so scary but no gals is screaming. I told her maybe the show already is already saying, do not scream if you saw Mary Shaw.... So no one screams.

We bought MacSpicy meals before we go in. We thought of having our burgers while watching the show but we ended up not eating it during the show. We only had our burgers when I was sending her home below her house. We only had the fries during the show. My dear was so scared that she didn't dare to go to the toilet even she was high-tide. I need to reassure her that I'll wait for her outside the ladies, only then she dare to go in.
So fast and it's about end of August. I'm looking forward to Oct 14th. Anyone can guess what is the occasion? Well, it will be the end of my 'P' plate days on the Oct 14th. No more displaying the holy triangle anymore. No more ganna horned by other drivers, no more ganna bullied by other drivers.

Just a short post here...

Momo now got her own personal handphone. My mum got it for her...

Cos' she always like to press things... She presses the remote control of the TV, she like to press the buttons at the TV, she likes to climb onto my bed and then throw my pens/ruler/combs at the window grills, etc...

The best she ever did was to throw away my medicine into the rubbish bin, and I didn't realised it and I even tie and throw the whole bag away. Until when I tried in avail to search for it, then I suspect momo must have thrown it in to the rubbish bin.

Blue version, with flip open function

The screen can even change design... now it's this graphic...

Now it's another graphic...

Nice to play with, but the sound it made is pretty loud.

I was passing by Sing Post at paya lebar to get for momo her baby wipes and whatever I need to get for her. There is this shop that is selling baby clothes and many other stuffs. I bought for momo a pair of shoes and a Tweety Bird soft toy.
When I got home and I tried the shoes bought for momo, I realized that the size is just nice for momo. That means it is actually too small for her to wear it. You know, you need to get shoes bigger for her actual size now, cos' babies will grow very fast. In no time, the shoes won't be able to fit. My mum scolded me saying why I go and buy shoes for her without measuring her feet first. So I told her to let momo wear my pair of shoes first whenever she is going out, be it to the playground or to the supermart.
So sian lately.... I didn't plan to do any OT this coming Sat and Sun. I planned to stay at home to play with momo.
Earlier on, I meet up with my dear dear at West Mall...
We had our dinner at KFC. Surf N' Turf meal for us both. I think that it wasn't that nice. The oatmeal fish is just so-so loh....
My dear dear said she wants to change her car, cos' it had been a few years already. You know for auto tranmission, after a few years the electronics part will somehow get a bit spoilt. Now her car is drinking the petrol like water... We just top up the tank a few days ago and we didn't like drive from Tuas to Changi but the tank is almost empty.
Maybe she is getting Honda or Toyota, I dunno... If I were to choose my own car, I will want to get Honda Civic or Subaru Impreza.
Or maybe MPV, Toyota Wish or Mitsubitshi Grandis or Honda Stream....

Well..... Back again... Little momo is sleeping by now... Or I guess so, cos' in the room she is so quiet. Either she is lying in bed with her eyes open wide staring at the celling or she is playing with her bolster. Both possibilities are quite unlikely cos' momo is famous for making a lot of noise when she is awake. The only possibility is..... momo is asleep.... *duh*

2 days ago, momo turned 14th month old. I ever tell myself that once momo reaches 1 year old, I'll stop posting her pics here and once momo turned 3 yrs old, I'll stop writing about her. Or shall I continue to post her pics and blog about her? Or I shall not?

Nevertheless, I shall think about it some other time. Now I shall update you peeps what's happening....
Last Sat, I was at Esplanade again... for the fireworks display from China. On Friday the fireworks was the fireworks from Spain. So many ppl, same as for the NDP.

I was at the Esplanade Bridge last Saturday so I got the chance to catch a good view of the fireworks, although the view on the left is being blocked by the trees. Nevertheless, still I can watch it at the front.
Same as usual, I got no pics to show here. Maybe I can try to get some pics from my friend whom I smack on the hand on the 11th Aug.... Yeah, dunno it's your bad luck or my good luck that I bumped into you. You know who you're there... dun try to hide your face.

This pig looks familiar? Yeah, for those who watched My lovely Samsoon will know this cute pig. I bought it for my dear dear... Well, it seems that I hug it more than her...

Sitting alone by herself....

My Lovely Samsoon? Nae Ireumeun Kim Sam-Soon? 내 이름은 김삼순

Last Sunday was me and my dear together for the 99th day. We celebrated it by having steamboat at her condo. Earlier during the morning, we went to the nearby supermarket to buy the necessary food for the nite.

I love it when my dear dear cook for me... I tell you, my dear dear is those who really can enter into the kitchen, really can come out from the living room... She says she will cook for me, she really did. She prepare the food while I get ready the table and utensils. The food looks quite little, but for just 2 of us are more than sufficient. In fact, we couldn't even finish up all the food.

We are watching the NDP Rally while eating steamboat. Talking about the new development of Punggol, talking about the CPF scheme...

Got veggies, got udon noodles, got fishballs, got beef, got prawns, got baby octopus....

Momo now is getting more and more smarter. You know, last Sat my aunts were coming to my place for some occasion. Momo, upon seeing them, begin to look pretty wary. She was looking at my aunts from the reflection of the glass panel. My aunts saw it and they were commenting how this little girl is behaving. She will grows up to be a smart girl, but better not too smart as to use her IQ in the wrong way/method.
When it was time for her to drink her milk, momo refused it drink, no matter how my mum tries to feed her. Apparently she was hungry cos' the last time she as fed was more than 4 hours ago. But she just doesn't want to drink her milk, then one of my aunt whispers to my mum to try feeding her inside one of the room. True enough, momo was gulping down her bottle, till the last drop.
When my aunts were about to leave, momo was so happy and clapping her hands and giggling away. My aunts were like so surprised why momo is so happy that they're leaving my place.
Earlier on, momo was like looking at them with her eyebrows crossed.
Oh my.....
Now my mum teaches her a few new things. She now can clap her hands in delight and give flying kiss.
Last nite I was opening the door when I reach home. I saw a ball rolling out from my room, then a four legged momo crawling so fast chasing it. I called out "momo!" She stopped halfway, take a look at me, then raise up her both hands to me.
I carried her around the house and play with her free fall. Know what is free fall?

Okie, just blog a bit here since little momo is sleeping now...

I tell you, this little girl is not a simple little lass...

She can really give us a great impact in our lives.

Now let's see some of her latest pics...

Momo is sporting a punky hair-style sia!!! Her salt-egg ultraman pillow case set. I gotta tell you first, I didn't se her up for this photo shoot. I was passing by and I saw her sleeping with her hands raising up, so....

This pic? Momo was actually lying on her pillow watching TV from my room, hugging her bolster. My mum was tapping her to sleep, and soon and true enough momo falls asleep.

Last week, momo was suffering from high fever. Her body was so hot. When I carried her in my arms, I could feel as though I'm carrying a mini oven. She couldn't get to sleep, she keeps on waking up times after times. She doesn't finish her milk, she dun want to play with her tons of toys, she doesn't even want to eat what I offered her. Normally when momo sees us eating, she will pester you to give her a piece but she didn't even bother to climb to your side.

On Thursday momo was already having a fever, but we gave her panadol for infants. Her temperature did goes down a bit. She is not too active since Thursday. Hardly want to play, cries more and wants ppl to carry her.

Friday nite, momo is starting to be very hot. I got a hard time coaxing her to sleep. I carried her in my arms till my right arm went numb. The moment I put her in her mattress, she starts to cry again. I need to fan her manually and keep on singing songs to her ear.

Saturday about 2am, momo starts to cry again. My mum said it's best to take her to the hospital. So I told my mum to pack some of her stuffs and I took momo to NUH. Luckily, my place is accessible for taxis. The moment I was waiting at the roadside with my bro, a taxi came by, I told the driver to head to NUH. Along the way, the driver was asking me what's wrong with momo. So I told him momo is having a fever pretty high. He then asked me why am I alone taking momo to NUH. So I just tell him the truth....

He said I was steady. He told me not to get beaten down by (you know who). If I want, he can asked his wife to introduce me a girl. Pretty one, and good to husbands. He said that he will help me, not to worry. When we reached NUH, he told me to stay in the taxi while we enquire for me whether is it the correct building cos' he went to Kent Ridge building. I told him that he should be turning at the next road, not the current one. He said not to worry, he will find out for me, if that's not to correct one, he will turn again. Even after I reached the Children A&E Dept, he continued to wait for me. I was thinking why he doesn't drive off, then I realised that he was actually want to make sure that everything is okay for me then he will drive off. So I gestured him I'm fine and he can proceed.

Before I left home, we measured momo's temperature. 39 degrees plus... That's why I think it's besto to send momo to the hospital.

At the Children and A&E Dept, the nurse take momo's temperature again. OH MY, it was 40 over degrees. Straight away the pediatrician inserts a bullet-like into momo's little anus. She told me to give momo more water while she took her blood. She said it could either be bactiral or viral. Hopefully it is viral so she need to comfirm it's not any bactiral if not momo needs to be admitted.

She poked momo's little fourth finger. Momo is a little brave girl. She didn't cry at first, but eventually she cried when the pediatrician is squeezing her blood into the test tube. She told me to feed momo with milk or more water while waiting for her blood results, which will take about 45 mins.

Throughout the consultation, momo has been crying periodically. The other patients were looking at me, why the mummy isn't here with momo. You can't expect me to tell them that her mummy has run away to JB, right? I didn't really bother too much about them. In fact, there are only a few of them there. I went to the toilet to check if there any urine, but momo simply didn't urinate. Even when the time is up for me to get the blood results, momo still haven't pee yet.

I told the staff nurse that I can wait for a while longer for momo to pee into the urine bag pasted at her diapers. The staff nurse told me if I want, I can go home and rest. Once I have collected momo's urine, I can send it back to them.

And I did... Eventually I got tired of waiting for momo to pee, so I told the staff nurse that I want to go home. Before we left, she teach me to to paste the urine bag in momo's diapers, and she gave me a small container. The other reason why I choose to leave the place is momo had been crying non-stop. Even the nurses and doctors came out to see what's happening. The same staff nurse even offer her help to collect the medicine and take the bag for me.

So I went to the taxi stand, alone with momo in my arms. The taxi driver, saw me, quickly opened the door for me. He told me it's okay cos' he also got babies himself too. While on the way home, he was telling me about his son went in and out from hospital too. I was already so tired and I didn't hear what he was telling me. Momo didn't sleep, she just lie on me and my shoulder was soaked with her tears and mucus. I just answer him "hmm... oh..."
When I reached my block, he told me to just leave the door open after alighting cos' he will close for me.

It's pretty good experience to meet both taxi drivers who were so nice.

Monday me and my dear went to celebrate our 3rd month together. We actually want to dine in here last month for our 2nd month together but it was fully booked cos' we didn't make any reservations beforehand. So this time round I called and reserved a table for us the week before. The service is great, the atmosphere is great, the food is great... Even it's a little expensive but I think it worth every single cent.
Carousel, previously it was known as Cafe Vienna at Royal Plaza On Scotts.
Just the soups, it got 4 different choices to choose from.
It got breakfast, lunch, high tea, dinner and supper. So it means you can drop by for a bite any time you feel like you're hungry. But not to the extend of dropping after 4am, cos' the supper is only till 4am.

Just look at the set of cutleries... Nothing so special about, you know, the fork, spoons or knife... The thing is whenever you use a fork or spoon, the waiter/waitress will change it for you. Say, you are using it to cut your meat, for example, they will come by and replenish the same one for you.
Now momo is okay... No more fever. She can laugh when I lift her up in the air. She is at her usual self, crawling around and throwing things on the floor. She drinks her milk and was as greedy as usual, except.... she got rashes all over her body.
I was home on Mon nite and momo is already asleep. I take a quick peep at her, even with the light is dim, I can see that there are many rashes on her face and neck. I told my mum, see if she noticed it too or not. I told my mum to take her to the doctor the next day to diagnose what is the reason for her rashes. Could it be some allergy or something that we feed her with? Or the air pollution...
So the next morning, my mum took momo to the family doctor. He said that it was nothing in fact. He gave us some medicine and after taking it, four days later momo will be fine.
I even consult my friend who is a staff nurse at the hospital, she said it was nothing serious oso. So be it loh...
This coming Sunday momo will be 14th month old. I was thinking of stop posting momo's pics in this blog. Cos' due to some private and confidential issues. I was thinking it was best not to upload so much of her pics online.
So what do you think? Tell me your views, okay?

Back again, peeps....

Got miss me? dun miss me?

Miss me a bit, or miss momo more?

Nevertheless, here am I to update you some of my latest news... what I've been doing while I'm not blogging.

The past one week, I was doing Esplande duties... The last time I posted in my blog was I was there for the NDP preview, last week I was there again for the Nokia Powerhouse, Baybeats 2007. I didn't know there is such an event happening at the Esplande, some more it's a yearly event thing. Of cos' lah, so many things happened for the past one year plus, it won't be a surprise that I got no clues what's happening there. Unlike in the past, I mean before 2005, who is there for concerts or who is down town performing, more or less I'll have some info. But that was all in the past now, I mean all the unhappiness for the past one year plus, let's forget all about it. One of my friends said after reading my blog for some time finally she can see that I'm leading a better life.

Yeah, you lah.... That baby-faced little teacher... niak niak...

Let's blog a bit of the Nokia Powerhouse...

The whole event was fun, many youngsters are there enjoying themselves, dancing and jumping as the bands play their songs. Got a local malay band, got a Hong Kong band, got a Australia band, got a Philippines band, and lastly got a solo from US. I was stationed at the Powerhouse which is near to the NDP stage, there is also another event at the other side of Esplande called the Arena. Powerhouse ended earlier than the Arena. Sorrie, got no pics to upload here. If you do read my blogs often then you should know that when I'm on duty I can't take any pics. So too bad...

As you know, youngsters are still youngsters. When they jump and dance, they will sure knocked into someone and since all are young at age, fights will broke out. So there are a few occasions whereby we need to separate them away. Not only at the Powerhouse, the same thing happen at the Arena.

There is one Indian male who, for no apparent reason, was dancing in the crowd and pushing. He didn't know who he was pushing and was being dragged out. His group of friends, wanted to be heroes too, started to act like gangsters. You know those who like to swing their arms when walking, thinking that are gangsters but they are just nobody. Yeah they started to walk with their arms swinging in the air. As they walked, they start to yell at the group who dragged their friend out. But who knows, this particular group of males yelled back at them and make them squat like obedient dogs at the slope. You know, just below the Esplande bridge there is a slope that leads all the way to the top? Yeah, all of them are squatting there. Cos' the group of males happened to the undercover police officers. All them are told to show their ICs and subjected to questioning. We doesn't want to interfere so we just stand aside.

Police case mah...

After we stand down, at around 12:20am. My dear dear come and fetch me. She is really mo tat deng. After a whole day of hard work, she still comes to Paya Lebar to wait for me. So I meet up with her and send her back home. I thought of having something to eat but the fact is I'm getting fatter now so I dropped the idea. You know lah, when someone is in love , they'll grow fatter mah... Drink water oso full mah...

After sending her home, I drive to..... not back home but to my old home. I used to stay at Teban Gardens and since me and my family moved to our current home, it had been 17 years apart.

So many changes... Now there are lifts at every floor, just outside the flats. Many blocks are being demolished, old shops are now changed to other shops selling other stuffs.

I used to stay at the 8th floor....

See, I even take a pic of the house unit.
When I show my parents they at first didn't realised that was our old home unit. Some say I'm crazy cos' I went to other ppl's house around 2am to snap a pic of their house unit. So I'm not going to tell you which blk no is it. If you happens to stay at Teban Gardens that maybe you will know which blk is it. But that was your own discovery, not I indulge to you, right?

*Okie, okie now it's your showtime*
Cos' little momo is pulling my legs. She got many pics to share with you guys.

This is a rare pic of little momo who can sit on the floor quietly playing with her toys. I think the main reason is there is someone playing with her. She got a playmate, that's why.

Momo in her shades. Just when momo is about to remove the shades, my bro managed to snap a pic of her.

My dad got this little crocodile toy for momo to play. Initially she is so afraid of the sound it make when you squeeze the trigger, but now she even play with it by herself.

Last Sat, before I went for the Esplande duty, me and my mum went to Jurong Point to get our provisions. She said we can bring momo along cos' it's good to let her see and touch things. I got a hard time carrying momo cos' she was screaming when we are in the bus. Some of the passengers are looking into my directions, but who give a damn. My momo is cute...

The last time I took her to NTUC, she is willingly to sit in the trolley. But this time she isn't. She wants me to carry her. Oh yes, btw now momo is a little heavier. She is 8kg now. tsk tsk...

I was showing her the fruits and vegetables around on display. She didn't really want to touch the dragonfruit cos' it looks kinda strange. She likes to touch tomatoes and.....lychees.

Papa papa, I want to eat eat....

Papa you see that ant on the fruit over there?

After getting our provisions, we went to the Banquet for lunch. I didn't take my lunch there cos' I had my breakfast just before we head to Jurong Point, so not really hungry and furthermore I will be having my lunch later at Paya Lebar.

Can you see momo is wearing shoes now? Yeah gotta let her get used to wearing shoes if not later she will not want to wear shoes when she gets older.

Momo is lying on the table. Yeah, she always does that at home too. And you better not stop her or else she will scream and scream.

I saw my own reflections.... Yipee..

See, I told you earlier on? This is what happens when I tried to grab her down.
You know, I got told off by the lady there for snapping pics. She said no cameras allowed. Mine is not a camera, it's a hand phone.

On Sun, I was at home cos' I'm not meeting my dear dear. So I spend some quality time with her. Normally my dad will bring her to the playground in the evening to play with other kids. You know now little momo is getting more and more smarter. She knows when to stick to us.
For example, when my mum is cooking, little momo will crawl from the living room and hugs my mum's legs. She knows that my mum is cooking so she wants to eat. When around evening time little momo will know how to find my dad cos' he will bring her to the playground. In fact my dad is the one who brings her out for walks. At nite, little momo will know how to look for me. She wants me to pat her to sleep. When someone is eating, no matter who is the person, little momo will crawl from nowhere and lean against herself onto whosoever the person is. And no matter how you chase her she simply just won't go away.
Smart lass, huh?

Momo in her 4-wheel car...

This is my car, can you take care for me?

Momo likes to play this slide, according to my dad but when I put her there, she doesn't really wants to play...

See, momo's legs are long enough for the rest stand.

Huh? Who is there in front of my way? You again?!?!

Momo likes to ride or she doesn't like to ride?
Little momo loves to ride... You can see her rocking and shaking by herself...
Wow... little momo is trying to climb up the slide. She tried and tried but she still slides down a couple of times but she still wants to try. In the end she almost make it to the top but at the last minute she slides down again.. Gosh.

Momo can climb the steps, one by one, one by one.. till she reaches the top.... She has been practicing it all day at home, climbing onto my bed, climbing onto the coffee table... It's easy feat for my little momo... When she grows up, I can take her go rock climbing...
